Mend Honeywell Accenta/Optima Optima Panel Tamper

How can i fix my Accenta/ Optima?

On the panel of my Accenta/Optima alarm, it says 'Tamper fault lock out' it wont let me put my code in, and have tried turning the power of to it. how do i fix it?
