Mend Optima 8EP396A Replace Bought Going

I want to replace my optima panel 8EP396A?

I have bought a new panel 8EP396A control panel. How do you stop the bell box going into tamper alarm when I power down the old panel. I think you need to discharge the residual power in the bell box, but I am not sure how to do this.

to let you understand,to power down the bell box you either remove the mains power to the panel,and battery power,the sounder will go off and run down till the sab battery goes flat,or you go up your ladders and disconnect the sab battery ,so friend no need to be so high and mighty on things you have little knowlage off :-)
