Sagem DS186HD Freeview Box fault?

This unit is only 2 months old and keeps crackling and switching off and on. Any ideas on a cure?

Two months old? Take it back for refund.

Under the Sale of Goods Acts the retail MUST give you a refund because for the first six months it is up to them to prove that the unit ISN'T faulty rather than you proove that it is.
