Mend Ferroli HE 31 C Boiler Fault Code Central Heating

Ferroli HE 31 C Problem?

I have new boiler (less than 2 months old) that was working fine, but now DHW won't work. Fault d1 comes up on the display then clears. The central heating works continuously even when not programmed to and the display idicates demand at the tap symbol. This appears to be an electronic fault; any ideas on what the problem is?

Ours all fixed now. It was a sticking diverter valve. Not a DIY fix unfortunately, so get in touch with Ferroli - they'll arrange to send someone.

We have the same problem. It started with the whole system not working, they sent an engineer who fixed a fan which enabled the central heating to work, but now when we open the hot taps the whole thing shuts off with the code d1 or dl showing - I understand this just means delay. It then resests itself after a couple of minutes. An engineer's due to come back next week but it's taking so long - and in this cold weather!! Anyone able to help?

Contact Ferroli straight away.
You are covered by the manufacturers warranty for an engineer to come and fix it.
