why does the thermal cut out keeps breaking on creda spa2 shower?

Iv just fitted a creda spa2 shower but the thermal cut out keeps breaking after only a few showers.iv had 2 new fitted but creda wont repair it again. they say its too much condensation? Why would it keep breaking?
