Mend Menvier TS690 Alarm Time Sounds

Inrease the external alarm time Menvier TS690 ?

My alarm sounds for 5 mins. I would prefer a longer alarm sound time. There is no obvious adjustment from the keypad nor inside the main panel. How do I do this please?
I would also like to replace my "window impact vipers" with something else but I might need the installers manual, or if anyone could email me some details that would be great.

I have tried both factory default code 1234 and 5678 with no change on the clock display. It will need to default! Is this a user friendly op?

i could give you the factory defaults if you want,
the engineer code is 1234,the customer code 5678.
you could try the 1234,mabe the code has not been altered,if its been changed,then you will have to default the panel,get back to us when you try it.

No I don't have the engineers code. I have the users normal menu 1 and 2 but not that one. What next please - could the code be sent to me email?

The adjustment is in the engineers menu, you have the engineers code?
Also 15 mins is the max allowed now anyway.
