tricity bendix AW1000W?

Our washing machine has been good for around 5 years. It is now no longer rotating. It sounds as if the pump etc are working. Will the brushes need renewed. Are there simple instructions for doing so.

lay the machine on it's BACK and you will see the brushes mounted to the side of the motor.remove the brushes and check that there is at least 10mm or more carbon left.anything less than this is worn out and will need replacing
