how can i remove system tool 2011 from my lap top?

system tool 2011 is fake anti-spyware. You should try your current anti-malware utility: AVG, Norton, Macafee, etc.

Sometimes you need to use a utility to stop these types of malware from starting at boot time to stop it from interfering with your real anti-malware program. However this is quite a skilled operation. (I sometimes take hours removing this sort of stuff for people.)
