1996 4.6 ltr Range Rover petrol. Temperature gauge goes into red when wev'e driven a short distance, on flat road and at speed of only 50 kms. However, doesn't appear to be over heating.
Once we stop and wait 2 mins, temp gauge goes down again and sits on 3/4. is this a known fault?
