How can I fix my 2002 Pontiac Aztec blower fan?

Check voltage at blower motor and if theres 12 volts replace the blower motor ,,,,when you check voltage have the blower motor disconnected .....most of the time when blower motor quits it won`t have hi speed or only low speeds .....if I remember right they had a problem with the ac drain clogged up and dumped water in the blower motor and shorted it out ......these cars had some weird problems when they first came out .........
