how to remove stripped wheel studs?

I have a 2005 PONTIAC G6 with a stripped stud. How do I remove it?

if wheel stud is threaded in it will unscrew from hub. If it is a splined fit it will belt out the back of hub. Have a look at stud, if it is a lot bigger at back than the front it is splined.
