how to stop squeeky belt noise?

how to stop squeeky belt noise on a 2003 poniac grand am have already put on a new belt water pump pulleys and air conditioner cluch.

try french chalk - in powder form on the belts.
I think that it still comes with bicycle punture repair kits.
Also make sure belts not too tight there should be a spec for tension.
