Mend Sunvic 207 Heating Water Heat

sunvic 207 please help no heating unless water is put on?

my radiators wont heat up unless the water is on as well does anyone have a solution please would really appreciate it neon light under fire goes out when water is turned off so no heating in radiators

Depends if the system type is gravity or pumped.
If gravity, the HW switch has to be on to obtain heating.
