how can i fix my door?

when unlocking the doors of my vw passat i can not open the drivers door all other doors are ok i can open the door internaly

Volkswagen Volkswagen Passat Vehicles, Cars Door Open Drivers

You will have to remove driver side door panels and have a look at the linkages connected to the lock. As a comparison you can look at the passenger side and compare. Chances are a plastic linkage has snapped. You can probably find a replacement on auction sites.
