how can aye get my 306 too start?

hey my car wont start after all the snow iv tryed jump start and a tow but still nuthin wen aye turnthe key it just gives like ah click but thts it any ideas

bought new battery . if it was starter it shud start with ah push ? bt it doesnt front wheels just look wen ah got ah pull tht was with second gear
