Mend Fiat Bravo 1.4SX Motor Broken Plastic

how to fix fiat bravo 1.4sx?

fiat bravo 1.4sx car wont start. starter motor turns but sounds weird? also not starting car. looked under car and found a handfull of broken black plastic pieces.has my starter imploded or has anyone any other ideas?
