Mend Veritas 8 Compact Lights

Veritas 8 Compact - unable to set lights just flash?

From today I've been unable to set my alarm and when trying to do so all of the red lights for zone just appear and when trying to set there is a constant chime. Does my alarm need a service or is it simply the battery?
