over filled presure gage?

i have over filled the presure gage . should have reached 1.5 but shot up to 3.5 what do i need to do ?

hi, simples - take your nearest/lowest rad. & bleed rad. but try the bleed when boiler is cold. take out 1/2 ltr. & fire up boiler. keep checking pressure -adjust final bleed when hot. warning- if you take ouy too much water, when boiler goes cold it won,t fire up - adjust main water pressue to rectify cheers robinthehood
