Mend Bosch clasixx Switch Machine

Bosch clasixx dryer problem?

Our Bosch clasixx dryer has the following problem:-

When we switch the machine "on" it goes for a few rotations then stops showing that the container light is on indicating a full container.

The container is empty, both filters are empty.

When machine is switched to the "off" position then back on, the process is repeated again.

any ideas ?
