Mend Blue Sky BRG 28C Help Heater Model

Can you help me to light my Blue Sky Gas Heater, please? ?

I am having no luck in lighting my Blue sky Gas heater - model no. BRG 28C. I have a new gas bottle, but cannot get fire to light.
Any help, much appreciated, thanks.
