Mend Aldi yaa02-9 Heater Radiator Faulty

cannot get heater to work model yaa02-9?

I purchased this radiator from Aldi on 8th Jan and can't get it to work even after following very carefully all the instructions (with the help of a neighbour) I am nearly 80 so thought she could follow instructions better than myself and we cannot get it to work.

I have just bought one, I can't get it to work on continuous but by setting temperature it works fine.
So switch on, decide on how much power requiured ie /// // or /, then press mode once to show temp and set by using + -.
