Truma model 3402 does not ignite?

Thanks Bob, I mailed Truma after seeing your earlier
post. While waiting for their reply thought someone out there may have had the same problem with the 3402 it seems Truma heaters suffer with a few problems. Got to try all avenues....

Either you have already tried with Truma or you haven't read the previous water heater question where I place Truma contact. So here it is.

You could try contacting Truma they may be able to help.
