how to change fuel pump timing belton vw 2.4 ltr engine?

I need to change the fuel injection pump timing belt on my 1995 VW 2.4 litre 5 cylinder AAB diesel engine but I can only see a small marker nick on one pully and no locating holes for lock pins.What is the correct method?

You could ask nicely at a garage if you could get a print out off of Autodata regarding timing marks etc or buy a manual, these would give you all tightening torques also
