peugeot partner not getting diesel to injectors?

Sorry van is 2006 peugeot partner 1868cc i started it one night in cold weather left ticking over 10 min it was ok Tried starting 2 days later not firing battery plenty power i only bought it in nov. also i have only 1 ordarny key for all i know immobiliser could b cut off, but it used start up first turn i know i must do a few things before it 100percent diesel is getting to pump i undid all injecters a little but no diesel getting through also tank is half full . Could i clean out pump somehow also checked fuses all good bar 1 fuse is missing but was going without that thanks for help john

you haven`t said what year your peugeot is or if it is a common rail but if it is an older model with an injection pump then I would maybe check your timing belt is intact and if it has a fuel cut off switch you can usually feel or hear a click if they are operating ok,you may have immobiliser issues also.
