Mend Vokera UNICA HE28 Boiler Heating Condensing

Bath water not very hot?

Vokera Condensing Boiler Model UNICA HE28.
Until recently the hot water ran hot in the bath but unless I turn down the flow of the tap now, the water does not heat up much. Sometimes adjusting the flow does not make much difference. Basin and Kitchen sink are fine.
