How can I fix my servis quartz water heater?

servis quartz water heater is over heating.and is flashing f6 what can i do to fix the problem?

on the retainning brackit for the heating ellament,is a 10mm nut,unscrwe half way,to the left is themister,use screwdiver,to dislodge it,take it to your nearest .BEC.shop,or to a shop who reconditions washers,thay shoud be able to change it for you.
