How to clear blockage?

On my Servis M72625 fridge freezer the condensation outlet is blocked and the bottom of the fridge compartment fills with water. I have tried to unblock the internal outlet and the external pipe but the problem remains

It's usually a matter of pushing something stiff but flexible down the pipe from the inside - until it emerges at the bottom. Curtain wire might do the job or a bit of electrical wire.

If jelly (jello) has run down there and set then you may be in trouble.
