Mend Servis Washing Machine Repair Cycle Time

how can i fix my servis washing machine?

i have had my machine for 2 and 1/2 years over the last few days the washing cycle time has been getting shorter and shorter, yesterday it would turn on fill up with water (i think) spin once, drain the water and then indicate it had finished. has any one any ideas on what this problem is and the solution please
