hi, I topped up my boiler the other day as the pressure had dropped to 0.5 bar, I turned it off before doing so & now it's not firing up. i can hear the external motorized valve opening up when calling for heat but after that nothing. the pump is also leaking slightly which i had never noticed before.
There is a black screw type fixing on the right hand side of the boilerunder where the timer clock should be you cant miss it its the only black screw cover there, undo this with a screwdriver then press the red button behind it this is the safety cut off reset press that then the main reset and try and see if that fires the boiler back up
