Mend Ford Focus Power Replaced Door

Power Windows don't function?

I replaced the drivers door on my 2002 Focus. The power door locks work with the remote on the replaced door, but none of the switches work on the door itself. The power windows don,t work at all.
how do I get the windows to work? I checked the connections and fuses.
