Tilt the machine forwards, might need to empty the drum of water by hand first - then find the little fan under the pump at the bottom of the machine, the fan needs to be spun a few times in either direction and this will help unblock the pump if your issue is just a build up of fluff - otherwise, get a man in!

Please remove your stray hair clips / coins from the outlet pump. Follow the outlet hose back and you'll find the pump under the drum.
