How can I fix my Fisher & Paykel Kelvinator PRIDE 5.5 Smart Drive ?

Just laying the hose down will not drain this washing machine. You need to tell us more. Did you washing machine do the washing cycle then fail when it came to do the spin? If so then there is a pump problem, either it has died or your machine has developed a leak and this is causing a short because the location of the pump is subject to such damage. If, however, your machine just died and no amount of poweron poweroff switching, both at the wall and at the machine ( your machine will bring up all your lights when first turned on at the wall ) then you have a power supply problem ~ if at the wall then check your house fuses.
