Mend Goodmans GDVD306R Start Indicator Light

My Goodmans gdvd306r refuses to start up?

When I switch on my Goodmans GDVD306R, the Blue indicator light comes on but it does not connect to the TV via the Digibox. I have tried reboot reconnections etc, but there does'nt seem to be any life in the unit
