how can i fix my peugeot elsyeo 100 scooter?

Peugeot elsyeo 100 scooter 2001 modle.i have lost the keys and the dealrs claim i will need a new lockset and cdi unit at a cost of £400 ,is there a way of bypassing the cdi alarm or a less expensive way.

sorry they are telling you the truth :(its a costly thing to get sorted although the 400 is a bit over the top i would say 300 is about the right amount .the cheapest way to fix it is find a secondhand lock/key set and cdi unit .try partsearch 0906 1119999 or partfinder or even ebay?good luck ,hope you find the keys
