My speedfight 100 won't start, suspect imobiliser, HELP!?

Hi, can enyone help. My spreed fight 100 won't start i've fitted a new coil pack and battery but without sucsess. The imobiliser wont go off it keeps flashing even with the ignition is swiched on, is it possible to byepass the imobiliser to see if that is the fault. Had the scooter 8 yrs without major problems.
