you would probably have to take off the exhaust & back wheel to gain good access to where the starting motor slots back in. to go through it step by step with you would take more than a paragraph so i would suggest you get a haynes manual which will have pictures to help you or if you don't feel that confident of doing the job yourself then bring your ped down to your local bike shop. ask them for a price 1st but they should only charge about an hours labour.
