Hi when i start my vivacity 100 it tries to kick in but it won't start !!!?

take the air filter off and then undo the drain screw on the bottom of the carb for 20 seconds or until all the fuel has drained out of it then do the screw back up and put your hand over the back of the carb and get some one else to spin it over on the button then wait until your hand gets wet a bit with fuel this may take up to 20 seconds as the carb will be empty and the vaccum will have to open the fuel tap up once its wet put the air filter back on and see if it starts then you mat need to open the throttle up as it should flood it well thats the idea anyway.

give it a nice hug see if you cant warm its heart :P mabey its just got cold i would suggest once fixed starting it everyday especially in out climate there prone to the cold try replacing battery see if that helps electric start
