Mend LG GC900 Start Logo Screen

LG viewty smart power up issues?

HI my LG viewty smart GC900 will not start up properly.
When you go to power it up the LG logo comes up on the screen then goes off and comes back on again.
Also the flash on the back of the phone keeps going off when trying to start phone up.
