lg gw300 display, does not function just turns on then off?

i have an lg gw300 phone and for no reason i can think of the screan went red and sort of pixelated where i could only see a fraction of the screen and then i tried turning it off and on again but now when i turn it on the kepad lights flash and a slightly brighter screen but the screen is black and doesn't show the welcome symbols and just vibrates once and turns off. it there anything i can do to fix it because i have some pretty vital numbers on there.
