No information bar on recorded programmes?

The information bar doesn't work on a recorded programme although works on live TV. Iv'e tried default setting to no avail (PVR 9200T)

1. Press Menu on remote control
2. Press OK on "RECORD"
3. Press OK on "HDD CONTROL"
4. Press OK on "Format"
