Mend Zanussi FL 881 Washing Machine Temperature

Zanussi FL 881 Washing Machine Not Working?

I can only seem to get programme H (50c) to work and even that sticks part way through. Any idea how I can get other programs to run? It sticks and needs a slight turn to continue on H anyway but I would prefer lower temperature programmes to work. Also softener does not seem to get added?

check the heating element works.also check the inlet valves.pull soap draw out and look up at holes/usually full of black gunk.sometimes you need to replace the top conveyor with holes to sort
