Hoover Whisper 'super silent' dishwasher wont work?

dishwasher only heating up and steaming throughout all programmes. Soap stays in dispenser, spray rotor arms able to spin but don't, pump works and drains at end of programme. ? thermostat

Hi im not getting anything when I switch it on, have checked fuse and plug they are ok, but no power thu the machine I did have it fixed with the same problem a long time ago, and it seemed to be a little box under the machine with wires going to it, but why has it malfunctioned so quick, its not a year since I got it done, any help please
