How can I fix my Boscch Classixx Dishwasher?

My dishwasher isn't completing it's cycle. At about 20 minutes in there is a humming which I think is the water pump.

I can't understand why there would be a pump on it for fresh water feed as it's on mains pressure but then again.

giving it a nudge seems to help and it starts again. Later on in the programme the thing sticks again and when I open it to have a look inside it doesn't stop. At this point it's full of steam.

I am wondering if it's either a control programme failure or a switch somewhere.

I have tipped it on its side and the water ran out of the casing onto the floor (I hope it's supposed to). It hasn't really done any good.

I could also do with a steer towards where to find a maintenance manual for stripping it down.
