electrolux fridge freezer problem (help)?

i have an electrolux upright fridge freezer and ive never defrosted it since i got it 3 yrs ago, i defrosted it the other day and now it wont cool either the fridge or the freezer at all. compressor it working because i can hear it very well,

any help would be gratefull
