How can I fix my fridge/freezer?

sounds like compressor maybe faulty .. normaly if appliance is running ok the compressor would be warm to touch and both compartments would be at proper temp.

if compressor is to hot to touch and appliance isnt cooling i would suspect compressor or gas fault .

fault we had was fridge not cooling but freezer was ok - ally helped us out with spares and advice on how to fit , so please check if you have this fault as he will be able to help also ..

my samsund fridge freezer, the freezer keeps filling up with ice, the door is always properly shut, what should we try?

update. The compressor has now cooled down, still not working and getting hot quickly but fan now ok.
