Mend Fridge Freezer Not Cold

Fridge Freezer not cold?

Fridge freezer stopped working. Unplugged and defrosted for 48 hours. Plugged back in,compressor is running and warm to the touch. Fridge light is on but no cold. All I can hear is like running water at the back of the fridge. Drain is clear and no ice build up at all. I am really unsure of what to look at,any ideas?
