key card problem?

Hi would just like to join all you disgruntled meagne owners. After having spent a fortune on repairing loads of faults with our 03 plate renault megane dynamique, timing belt, cam and crank sensors, 2 new batteries, fault with the window being unable to close and many more over the past 3 years though most notibly the past year, I am now sitting patiently watching my husband going at the key card with a stanley knife as our car is at present stuck in a multi story car park 40 miles from our home!! Whats the problem?.... you guessed it, "card not detected" After having some "words" of the adult kind with the dealers i am just looking to voice my anger. Please advise me on how i can make my complaint known cos at present the only thing i can come up with is driving it through the forecourt of the dealers!!!!
