Mend Renault Megane Problem Months Start

Renault megane electrical problem?

i have not used my car for a few months and assumed would not start as batter dead. tried to jump start but no joy! the car has a renault card which starts it rather than a key but this is not working either, i assume due to the battery being dead? i have unlocked car at passenger side using key but now have no way of locking any other doors as no locks on any other doors but the passenger front door! please help!!!!!

connect leads from car with engine running and leave leads on for 30 mins
battery should now be fully charged and car should start
do not try this unless a door is left open all the time
