How can I fix the timing of an Riccar 9800 sewingmachine?

The needle touches the bobbin holder. When it comes in the hole, the needle goes up and the bobbin turns to the left, and toches the needle before it is completely up.Sorry for my poor language, I am from the Netherlands.
