Mend BCM Fault Lights Works

BCM Dehumidifier Fault?

The lights have gone off.The fan works but no water goes into container

The dehumidifier is probably made by a company called EBAC. If I take out the water bottle on my BCM201 I can see a label inside with the manufacturers details, model and serial number.
Their website is http://www.ebac.com/
I have a similar problem. Lights on, fan on, but no sound from refrigeration pump and no water being collected. Opened it up, the circuit board behind the front panel switches has a chip with the top blown off!
Have queried EBAC for a replacement board but have not had any reply yet.

Hi, we're having exactly the same problem with our BCM dehumidifier, can't locate any company phone no. Do you know if they,ve gone bust?
